A name, place, or other search term entered into a search widget is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. Jersey County Busted Mugshots does not intentionally store or log those search terms on its own servers, but the provider receives and handles them under its own policy.
If you send an email or contact message, the message and the contact details you provide are kept long enough to review and answer it. They are not sold or shared outside the organization unless disclosure is needed to provide the reply, comply with law, protect rights, or address a security issue.
